TQ cover competition

 

 

        We will introduce a Talent Quest prequalification competition in our YouTube channel by taking advantage of its popularity and ease of use.  Competitors can send in a video to CCB to show their best performance.  We will upload it to our YouTube channel and Facebook page.  Number of views and likes will be counted.  Teams with the highest counts will be invited to perform in the Talent Quest final.

Weekly bulletin

         Most of our students would like to participate in different kinds of club activities.  However, due to different reasons students sometimes are not aware of upcoming activities.  For example, club chairmen might not notify club members efficiently and effectively.  They might have missed the daily announcement, or the information provided is not detailed enough, or they may even forget to announce the activities. This year the CCB will initiate a weekly bulletin form listing out the date, time and venue of various club activities.  CCB committee members will deliver it to each class on a weekly basis.  Class representatives should post it right next to the blackboard.  In this way, messages and details of activities are clearly transmitted to the students.  They can easily take note of the relevant information and enjoy taking part in the many activities that the clubs offer.

Clubs activities record form

         The weekly bulletin is dependent on the completion of a club activities record form.  Club chairmen are required to fill in a Google form with the relevant details.  The operation of the clubs will be more transparent as records are maintained in the public domain.  In addition, the procedure of filling in the Google Form will be suitably simple to save time and be more user friendly.

        The CCB will hold regular meetings with club chairmen where they can reflect shortage of equipment or difficulties in organising activities.  CCB committee members will try their best to offer advice, support and resources.  Moreover, opinions and feedback will be shared and discussed.  CCB strives to build a close working relationship with the clubs besides playing the usual monitoring role.

Suggestion form for TQ performing guests

            The Talent Quest is a significant highlight every year after so many years. We have high expectation in perfecting our planning. In the past, there are different opinions about the performing guests. We will listen your thoughts and we will consider your preferences. This year, CCB will make a suggestion form for TQ performing guests. Students can choose their favorite guests that will perform at the Talent Quest. We promise that we will try our best to meet your choice.
